A quick and simple way to satisfy an ice cream craving.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen peaches
4-6 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup full fat canned coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup, or more to taste
   1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
1.   Combine the frozen peaches, milk, honey, and vanilla in a Ninja shaker cup a food processor and process until creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides, if necessary. Taste the ice cream, and add more sweetener, if desired.
2.   Note: For a neutral sweet flavor, you can use a mix of honey and pure maple syrup.
3.   This ice cream can be served directly from the Ninja or food processor for a soft-serve ice cream consistency, or frozen for a few hours for a more hard ice cream. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. If frozen, let the ice cream thaw for 10 minutes or so at room temperature.
Variations:

You can substitute the frozen peaches for other frozen berries, or try using your favourite frozen fruit.

You can also substitute the canned coconut milk for your a milk of your choice. Note that coconut milk is quite thick and rich in fat so you might need to use less milk and the consistency might not be as creamy.
